Inini was an inland territory of French Guiana administered by France from 1930 to 1946. Thereafter the whole of French Guiana became a department of France.
From 1932 stamps were issued for Inini. Two sets of stamps of French Guiana were issued with the overprint “Territoire de l’Inini”. Afterwards sets of stamps were issued with the overprint ”Inini”. After 1946, the stamps of Inini were superseded by those of French Guiana and soon after that by those of France.
